Timothy A. Mattingly
President
Timothy Mattingly, president, has 25 years of industry experience in investment management and commercial real estate lending. During this time, he has been responsible for co-managing the commercial mortgage loan program for a Midwest-based insurance company and originating commercial real estate financings for our 20+ correspondent lenders. His experience encompasses all aspects of the capital stack, including first mortgage debt, mezzanine debt and equity. Tim holds a BS in Agricultural Economics from The University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from The Lacy School of Business at Butler University.
Jason R. Krcmery, CFA
Vice President
Jason Krcmery, CFA, vice president, has 20 years of industry experience in investment management that spans across all aspects of the capital stack, including first mortgage debt, mezzanine debt and equity. He is responsible for co-managing the commercial mortgage loan program for a Midwest-based insurance company and originating commercial real estate financings for our 20+ correspondent lenders. Prior to joining AMR in 2012, Jason spent 7 years as a portfolio manager for Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, co-managing a $2+ billion fixed-income portfolio and specializing in municipal and corporate debt. He holds a BBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Jason is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
Noni Nierenberg
Regional Manager - Southern California
Noni Nierenberg, regional manager – Southern California, joined AMR in 2011 and has worked in the commercial real estate finance field for nearly 40 years, arranging mortgage financings for all types of commercial real estate across the country. She started her career in Washington, DC, and is now based in the wine country region of Southern California. Noni holds a BA from Simmons College and a Master’s Degree in City & Regional Planning from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
Angela Biddle
Vice President - Administration
Angela Biddle, vice president – administration, became part of our team in 2001. Angie began her career as a loan servicing representative handling investor reporting, accounting and loan administration for AMR’s correspondent loan servicing portfolio. In 2007, Angie became assistant vice president of loan servicing & administration, and in June of 2012, she took on the role of vice president of administration. In her current role, Angie handles all of our administrative functions and coordinates all of our loan closings for the financings originated by our Fort Wayne and Indianapolis offices.
Rheanna Putt
Vice President – Loan Servicing & Administration
Rheanna Putt, vice president – loan servicing & administration, joined AMR in June of 2012 and leads our loan servicing operations. Before joining AMR, Rhea had 10 years of experience handling loan administration for an Indiana-based community bank, where she managed the servicing of a $660 million residential loan portfolio with responsibility for investor payment processing, investor reporting and accounting, and investor portfolio management. Rhea has more than 20 years of loan servicing experience.
Alexandria Langohr
Mortgage Servicing Assistant
Alexandria Langohr, mortgage servicing assistant, joined our team in 2013 and provides support for our loan servicing operations. Her primary responsibilities include cash management, remittance to lenders, post-closing financial analysis and various other loan servicing functions. Alexandria is a graduate of Ball State University.
Jack Mattingly
Portfolio Analyst
Jack Mattingly, portfolio analyst, provides analytical and marketing support for our investment advisory and loan production businesses. His primary responsibilities include loan underwriting, structuring and placement. He holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is a CFA Level II Candidate.
Anna Lawrence
Administrative Assistant
Anna Lawrence, administrative assistant, provides support for our loan servicing operations and investment management business. Her background includes a combined 20 years of experience working as an administrative and legal assistant in insurance defense litigation. Anna graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of General Studies degree and holds a Certification in Paralegal Studies.
