We operate on a nationwide basis and fund real estate financings through institutional lenders including life insurance companies, banks, conduits and other sources of real estate capital.
AMR maintains a fully staffed loan servicing division that administers and services a commercial mortgage loan portfolio in excess of $1.4 billion for our correspondent lenders. We serve many types of clients, including institutional owners, investor groups, private developers and individual property owners located throughout the United States.
We proudly serve as a loan correspondent for twenty major life insurance companies and banks.
Our Expertise
In addition to our commercial mortgage banking activity, we serve as an exclusive Investment Advisor for a Midwest-based insurance company. In this role, we are responsible for originating all of the company’s new mortgage investments and for managing and administering its mortgage loan portfolios.
