AMR’s 2012 Activity

 

AMR’s investment production in 2012 was quite strong; we committed or closed $448,986,000 of new financings.  In 2012, 33% of our loan production was on industrial facilities, including four Federal Express facilities.  Multifamily was our next largest segment, accounting for 23% of our loan production.  Medical office followed at 19%, and retail properties represented 13% of our loan production.  Our production was rounded out with a mixed use property in San Diego and a parking facility at the Coors Stadium in Denver.  Presented below is a summary of financing transactions recently completed by AMR.
